Microplate reader Mindray MR-96A is designed for performing qualitative and quantative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) of samples using a photometric method in accordance with the Beer-Lambert Law.

The device’s open reagent management design allows for the use of reagents and test systems from various manufacturers.

Method

The Mindray MR-96A photometer uses spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of analytes in liquid samples. The plate positioning mode increases the accuracy of each plate well’s placement under the focused beam from the light source.
