Mindray BC-760/780

The BC-700 series of hematology analyzers features a built-in ESR module. They provide complete blood count and ESR results in a single analysis within 1.5 minutes. Furthermore, they offer savings on the purchase, maintenance, consumables, and storage of a separate ESR analyzer. Compared to traditional Westergren method, this method demonstrates superior traceability, repeatability, speed, safety, and automation.

Mindray BC-30s

The BC-30s analyzer can distinguish three types of leukocytes and is designed to increase the efficiency of small laboratories. It can perform up to 70 tests per hour. The sample volume is 9 µl for capillary whole blood, ideal for pediatric samples.

Method

The Mindray BC-760 and BC-780 platforms feature analysis models with triple leukocyte counting and 5-fold optical platelet counting, ensuring increased reliability of results. The platelet disaggregation function reduces labor-intensive analytical work.

3D fluorescence analysis technology ensures reliable differentiation of immature and other pathological cells, such as immature granulocytes (IMG), reticulocytes (RET), and immature platelet fractions (IPF).

Reliablity

In the standard impedance method, platelets are suspectible to interference, which can lead to overestimated or underestimated results. To address this issue, Mindray develoiped the PLT-H parameter. It combines the standard impedance method with an optical method for detecting large platelets.

Samples

The Mindray BC-760 and BC-780 platforms support a variety of sample types. They support peripheral and capillary blood, pre-diluted blood, and liquids.

The analyzers also support older samples: 24 hours at room temperature and 48 hours during frozen transport.

Rack placement allows for continuous sample loading, and the STAT function allows cap piercing for STAT and capillary blood samples.
